Information We Collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into our contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. We do not ask for payment details, health information, or any other sensitive data online.
How We Use It
We use your information for one purpose: to read your message and reply to you. Contact form submissions are stored securely and emailed to the shop so a stylist can follow up. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you specifically ask us to, and we never sell, rent, or trade your information.
Cookies and Tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking profiles, which is why you do not see a cookie consent banner. The embedded Google map on our Contact page is served by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy practices. If you would rather not load it, you can use the text address and directions link instead.
Retention and Security
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you and keep a reasonable record of customer communication, then deleted. Data is stored on access-controlled servers and transmitted over an encrypted connection.
Your Choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us at any time. If you ever receive an email from us that you did not want, you can unsubscribe from that message or simply reply and tell us to stop, and we will honor it promptly. We follow United States email marketing rules, including the CAN-SPAM Act, and we do not send commercial email to people who have not asked for it.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them online. Minors are of course welcome in the shop with a parent or guardian.
